The manufacturers must vigorously test the machine before they are released for for commercial use. Also higher the volumes the more industrial the commercial espresso machine will need to be for the boiler to keep up but the more profit you will be able to make per day. You also have the option of lease rentals which will break down the purchase figure into monthly or quarterly rentals. In most cases we would recommend getting a machine a slightly higher spec than you need than need to allow for an increase in volumes.
